Starting from Beech Grove Rd (State Route 664):

->Look for the big green Wintergreen sign and turn onto Wintergreen Dr.

->Take Wintergreen Dr up the mountain (about 2 miles) until you come to a T in the road.

->The T is the location of a key landmark, The Mountain Inn. Take a right to continue on Mountain Inn Loop

->After passing the gas station+ convenience store "The Market" take a right onto Blackrock Dr.

->Turn left onto Pedlars Edge Dr (.05 miles)

->Turn right onto Pedlars point (.05 miles)

->119 Pedlars is on the left. You'll see an old sign with a bear on it. The parking pad is set back down from the cul-de-sac.

The driveway can easily fit 3-4 cars. If more than 2 you may prefer to park on street above to make it easier to turn around.

Driveway Tip:

We advise driving down facing front and then turning around before leaving as it's easiest to drive out forward and not backward. It's also easier to turn left out and turn around at the cul-de-sac.

Hassle-Free Checkout

Just the Basics:

-Load and start the dishwasher.

-Empty all food/drink from the refrigerator

-Re-cover outdoor furniture.

Lock, Leave, and Let Go: Once you're packed and ready, simply turn the lights off and lock the doors behind you and we'll take care of the rest! (double check you didn't leave any personal items)

Maintaining Excellence: We trust our guests to respect and care for our properties as if they were their own. Please be mindful that while we embrace the lived-in charm, excessive mess or significant waste might result in additional charges. This helps us maintain the high standards of quality and cleanliness our guests expect and enjoy.

REMINDER: Do not leave any trash outside or the bears will cause damage.

*Never leave with a fire still burning. Fire must be put out and ashes disposed of in metal bin. Failure to do so will result in a $200 dollar charge.
