To unlock the front door: press the lower left house button first to illuminate, then enter your four-digit code, and the door will automatically unlock!

*IMPORTANT*
HOA Policy is to turn off the water supply while the condos are not in use.
If the water is not on upon arrival, please reference the steps and image below to turn it on.
1.) Open the wooden door (directly to the left upon entering)
2.) Locate the water shut off cabinet, open cabinet door
3.) The water valve is located in the top right section.
4.) Turn the yellow valve handle to the "on" position. Thank you!

Starting from Beech Grove Rd (State Route 664):
->Look for the big green Wintergreen sign and turn onto Wintergreen Dr.
->Take Wintergreen Dr up the mountain (about 2 miles) until you come to a T in the road.
->The T is the location of a key landmark, The Mountain Inn. Take a left to continue on Wintergreen Dr
->Take a right onto Blue Ridge Drive, you'll pass Fire & Frost on your left.
->Continue until you see a sign for Highridge "Place", take a right and you have arrived.
->Pro Tip: Take your time and don't go to fast as the turn it can sneak up on you quickly! :)

Just the Basics: As your stay concludes, if you have used dishes, kindly load them in and start the dishwasher. If you uncovered any of the outdoor furniture, please cover back up to ensure it's in the best condition for the next guest.
Lock, Leave, and Let Go: Once you're packed and ready, simply turn the lights off and lock the door behind you and we'll take care of the rest! (double check you didn't leave any personal items)
