To unlock the front door: press the lower left house button first to illuminate, then enter your four-digit code, and the door will automatically unlock.

*IMPORTANT WATER NOTE*

HOA Policy is to turn off the water supply while the condos are not in use. In Winter the HOA also turns off the water heater at the breaker box. (located in outdoor closet).

If the water is not on upon arrival, turn the lever to on position.

It's located in the small wall mounted panel low to the ground below the Trail Map right at the Entry Way.

If for some reason the hot water is not on, a breaker might have tripped. This happens every now and then due to weather.

The panel box is grey and found on the right wall in the outside ski closet.

Feel free to use this to store your winter gear! The code is 1234#

To turn on hot water in Winter months switch break in the electric panel.

(during really cold temperatures you may have to apply some extra umph to get the door open if it's freezing out!)

Early check-in, late check-out available for purchase in Marketplace.

Starting from Beech Grove Rd (State Route 664):

->Look for the big green Wintergreen sign and turn onto Wintergreen Dr.

->Take Wintergreen Dr up the mountain (about 2 miles) until you come to a T in the road.

->The T is the location of a key landmark, The Mountain Inn.

->You are very close, at the T take a left and then immediately turn right onto Diamond Hill Dr/Dobie/Timbers and continue to follow signs for Dobie Mountain.

->Continue for about 0.1 miles. 333 Dobie will be on your right.

There is one dedicated spot labeled "333" right out front. If driving more than one car, guests can park in any one of the spots on the opposite side near the trash disposal.(about 15ft away)

Hassle-Free Checkout

Just the Basics: As your stay concludes, if you have used dishes, kindly load them in and start the dishwasher. If you uncovered any of the outdoor furniture, please cover back up to ensure it's in the best condition for the next guest.

Lock, Leave, and Let Go: Once you're packed and ready, simply turn the lights off and lock the door behind you and we'll take care of the rest! (double check you didn't leave any personal items)
